Melvin Marsh International was founded by Ms. Flora Mutahi. Her passion for tea influenced her to find a range of teas that was met with exceptional flavours.
Before Melvins. the Kenyan tea market provided Just one packaged option - unflavoured tea. She believed there were many tea lovers like us who craved something refreshingly different - fun and flavourful teas which they could enjoy every day.
In 1995, we created Kenya's very first flavoured tea. Melvins Tangawizi (Ginger) Choi, which was an instant hit. We now have a full range of Melvins Teas which include: black and green teas, fruit and herbal infusions, orthodox, purple, green, white and black teas.
